About Mounts Electric
Mounts Electric is an electrical contractor as well as an Energy Savings Company (ESCO) headquartered in Evansville, Indiana.
Founded in 1932, Mounts Electric provides a wide range of services including installation of data cabling, traffic signals and temperature control systems. We also provide power quality testing services. In cooperation with Energy Systems Group, Mounts Electric has worked on electrical co-generation projects. Our energy savings programs focus on lighting technologies, building controls and HVACR controls and economizers.
Mounts Electric is professionally affiliated with the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).
Our highly trained and skilled electricians are members of IBEW Local #16 in Evansville, IN and IBEW Local #134 in Chicago, IL. Our key estimating and professional staff have a combined total of more than 60 years of experience in the electrical contracting business. Together we strive to provide the highest quality installation, keeping each customer's unique needs foremost in our minds.
Mounts Electric maintains a fleet of trucks and equipment required to do all types of electrical work.
Our client list includes public school systems; colleges and universities; construction companies; industrial and commercial enterprises; water, sewer and wastewater treatment plants; public utilities; and utilities management companies.
